Speak a little more slowly

The people in their 60s and 70s are a little slow to pick up things on the phone. The people talk too fast and we can’t get their phone numbers to call them back, because they say it too fast and we don’t understand you. You need to really slow down and repeat the phone number at the end and the beginning of your phone conversation, because we cannot pick it up. That’s why we don’t call you back.
