‘Political circle’

Tony Klimek’s column of June 4 (“County acts with arrogance, incompetence, entitlement”) was right on the money ... for he was extolling the “virtues” of most of the politicians in office today — Republicans and Democrats from Washington to Main Street.

The only way to tell the difference is to determine which side of the aisle they sit on. This country needs a total house-cleaning. The founders of this country did not intend for people to make a career of governing. Elected officials were expected to serve for a short length of time and then go home and be productive.

Our government was designed to “serve and protect,” not to tax, spend, regulate and get fat doing it.

He (Klimek) talked about Butler County not paying its taxes. Wow. Obama’s choice to head the (Treasury Department) was none other than tax cheat Tim Geithner. ...

He talks about county officials ignoring “rules of law.” Wow. Obama is a constitutional lawyer and is trying his darnedest to destroy it and institute a nanny state.

He also talks about
the county having a “one-party machine that apparently believes it is unrestrained by rules, competency or respect for the taxpayers.” Wow. Main Street to Washington!

The political circle is unbroken — and it needs to be.

I agree with you 100%! "We the people" should come together and take back "our" country! The government has gotten out of hand! The ones in charge are only concerned with how much "money" they can make for themselves! It's time for a revolution!
