He has an insatiable urge for the spotlight and to get his name in the papers to extend his 15 minutes indefinitely. Who am I speaking of? Ochocinco? No, our very own wannabe celebrity — Sheriff Rick Jones. A full-page ad showing his and his family’s military service? Rick, most people don’t go into the service seeking the limelight — but to do what’s right. You remind me of my favorite Texas saying: “All hat, no cattle.”

Crybaby (Tony) Marconi: It took you three times to be elected the first time. You lost this election. Sorry, but the citizens have voted and the best candidate won. Get on with your life.
