McKnight chooses Bowling Green
Earlier today, Sept. 8, Middletown senior wide receiver Nick McKnight verbally committed to play football at Bowling Green State University.
McKnight, a 6-foot-3, 200-pound receiver/cornerback, leads the Middies in receiving with three receptions for 104 yards and two touchdowns through the first two games of the season.
McKnight also had offers from Air Force Academy, as well as other Mid-American Conference schools Ball State, Ohio and Kent State.
In July, MHS quarterback Caleb Watkins committed to Bowling Green, which also has three former Middies — Chris Wright, Chip Robinson and Blaec Walker — on its roster.
