Former Middletown High School and Ohio State University standout Jeff See placed ninth in the 1,500-meter finals in 3:38.81.
The top three finishers — Leonel Manzao (3:35.75), Matthew Centrowitz (3.35.84) and Andrew Wheating (3:36.68) — advanced to the Olympics.
