Alter girls get past Badin

Hayley Combs led visiting Alter (15-2) with 18 points and Maddie Bazelak added 17 in a 63-50 girls basketball win over Badin. The Rams (7-8) connected on 11 3-point baskets but still fell short.

Talawanda 55, Ross 27: Ana Richter and Megan Richardson each had 14 points for the unbeaten Braves (18-0).

Lakota West 52, Princeton 51: Lauren Cannatelli had 22 points to help West (12-3) defeat the host Vikings (10-7).

Edgewood 81, Northwest 35: Brittany Marts tallied 23 points, including seven 3-point baskets, for the host Cougars (9-8). Haley Rutherford added 15 points and Jenna Brown chipped in 14.

Lebanon 77, West Carrollton 28: Morgan Stegemiller and Sam Showalter each had 12 points for the host Warriors (8-7).

Fenwick 52, Purcell Marian 32: Leah Brubaker chipped in 19 points and Morgan Stout added 16 for the host Falcons (10-8).
