MIDDLETOWN —
Middletown police are investigating two burglaries that occurred Sunday.
Police said someone or several people threw large rocks through the glass doors of Dragon Express, 3523 Roosevelt Blvd., and Hair Masters, 1211 Jackson Lane, grabbed the cash registers and fled.
About $100 and change was stolen from Dragon Express and $15 was reported stolen from Hair Masters, according to the police report. Police found the cash registers in nearby trash cans.
Police are reviewing surveillance camera footage from surrounding businesses.
