Springboro man accused of sexual contact with girl, 5

A Springboro man is facing several years behind bars if he is found guilty of gross sexual imposition.

Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said William D. Johnson, 34, allegedly had sexual contact with a 5-year-old when the girl and her mother were staying at a friend’s house in Springboro. Johnson apparently knew someone else in the home and was also at the residence that night.

The second incident involved a 15-year-old girl who tried to thwart his sexual advances at her home in Springboro. He is allegedly acquainted with her mother, Fornshell said.

If he is found guilty on the first count, Johnson faces five years in prison. An additional two years will be tacked on if he is found guilty on the other two counts of attempted gross sexual imposition with the teenager.
