Police reports: Loaded handgun stolen

Oct. 31

Someone stole $196 worth of food stamps before midnight from a home in the 800 block of 17th Avenue.

Nov. 6

Three air conditioning units were stolen before 1:54 a.m. from RB Jergenes, 1350 Hook Drive.

Two air conditioning units were stolen before 10 a.m. from a building in the 4200 block of Gregory Drive.

Someone stole $220 from a woman from a home before 10:10 a.m. in the 2300 block of Oneka Avenue. According to police, the woman believes she knows the alleged thief.

A 30-year-old Middletown woman was arrested at 10:19 a.m. at Walmart, 2900 Towne Blvd., on suspicion of petty theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A air conditioning unit was stolen before noon from a home in the 3000 block of Seneca Street.

A vehicle winch was stolen before 7:38 p.m. from a vehicle parked in the 000 block of North University Boulevard. The winch was allegedly stolen by a 6-foot white man, age 35 to 40, with a full beard last seen wearing a tan jacket, jeans and leather boots.

Nov. 7

A television and tools were stolen before 1:53 a.m. from a storage warehouse in the 1700 block of Tytus Avenue.

A television, valued at $353, was stolen before 3 a.m. from a home in the 000 block of Curtis Street after someone kicked in the front door.

Tools and a set of jumper cables, a total value of $465, were stolen before 4:37 a.m. from a home in the 2000 block of Queen Avenue.

A $2,000 computer and medication were stolen before 10:57 p.m. from a home in the 1500 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Nov. 8

Four wheel emblems were stolen from a vehicle before 2 a.m. parked in the 200 block of Bavarian Street.

A windshield was busted before 2:30 a.m. to a vehicle parked in the 2700 block of North Verity Parkway. A beer bottle was found at the vehicle.

A Jeep was stolen before 7:21 a.m. parked in the 2100 block of Sherman Avenue.

A truck was stolen before 9 a.m. parked in the 2500 block of North University Boulevard.

A loaded handgun, valued at $6,000, was stolen from a home in the 700 block of Poplar Street.

Nov. 9

Three cellphones, a laptop and medication were stolen before 3 p.m. from a home in the 1200 block of Woodside Boulevard after someone kicked in the front door.

Nov. 10

Nine pieces of jewelry and a jewelry box were stolen before 9:52 a.m. from a home in the 4100 block of Grand Avenue after someone entered through the side door and damaged the door and frame.
