Police blotter: Gold teeth grills stolen from home

Sept. 10

A pickup truck was stolen before 10:32 a.m. from Pete’s Auto Sales, 2006 Cincinnati-Dayton Road. The crime was recorded on the business’ video surveillance equipment.

Sept. 13

Four tires were slashed before 10:30 a.m. on a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Malvern Street.

Sept. 14

A 16-year-old Middletown boy was arrested on theft charges after he allegedly stole a $300 necklace from a home in the 1700 block of Meadow Avenue and sold it to a bus driver for $17.

A forklift was stolen before 2 p.m. parked in the 4400 block of Dixie Highway.

Sept. 15

A trailer with a toolbox was stolen before 1 p.m. from a home in the 100 block of Curryer Road.

Someone stole two sets of gold teeth grills, valued at a total of $1,600, before 8:07 p.m. from a home in the 1700 block of Oberon Drive. One set was yellow gold with yellow diamonds and the other set was white gold with white diamonds.

Sept. 16

Three rings, valued at $10,000, were stolen before 6 p.m. from a home in the 4600 block of Wicklow Drive. Access to the home was gained after someone broke a second-floor bathroom window.

An air compressor and miscellaneous tools were stolen before 8:56 p.m. from a garage in the 4900 block of Roosevelt Avenue.

Sept. 17

Four truck tires, valued at $400, were stolen before 12:48 p.m. from the 2100 block of Spring Grove Lane.

A plate glass window was broken out before 1:49 p.m. after someone threw a rock at Kwik Cuts, 4744 Roosevelt Blvd.

Someone cut a power cord, copper pipe and copper pipe leading to an air-conditioning unit before 3:30 p.m. at a home in the 2800 block of Grand Avenue.

A cigarette machine and television, reported total value at $350, before 5 p.m. from a home in the 800 block of Wilson Street.

A 50-inch television was stolen before 8:30 p.m. from a home in the 1600 block of Columbia Avenue. Entry was gained after someone broke out a rear window.
