Police blotter: 2 vehicles’ wheels stolen

Oct. 5

Someone stole $1,000 worth of printer ink cartridges before 8 p.m. from Staples, 3601 Towne Blvd. The incident was reported to police on Oct. 15.

Oct. 13

A 26-year-old Trenton woman was arrested at 4:43 p.m. at Walmart, 2900 Towne Blvd., on suspicion of petty theft. Police say she stole $66.60 worth of merchandise.

Someone stole $50 worth of perfume, $40 worth of clothes and other miscellaneous items before 8:30 p.m. from an apartment in the 1000 block of Park Lane.

Oct. 14

Someone stole a lawn more before 1:22 p.m. from a backyard in the 200 block of South Broad Street. The value of the mower is reported to be $200.

A television and Wii gaming console was stolen before 8:35 p.m. from a home in the 900 block of Moore Street.

Oct. 15

An air-conditioning unit was stolen before 10:26 a.m. from a home in the 1900 block of Arlington Avenue.

The front wheels from two vehicles and the vehicles’ catalytic converters were stolen before 10:23 a.m. that were parked in the 1300 block of Hook Drive.

A handgun was stolen before 12:29 p.m. from an apartment in the 1900 block of Aaron Drive.

Copper pipes were stolen before 1:08 p.m. from a vacant business in the 2200 block of North Verity Parkway.

A 55-year-old Hamilton man was arrested at 1:20 p.m. at Meijer, 8145 Towne Blvd., on suspicion of theft. Police say he stole $67.50 worth of merchandise.

Someone stole a pair of wire cutters, valued at $7.49, before 2:13 p.m. from Radio Shack, 3461 Towne Blvd. A store employee initially identified a 44-year-old Cincinnati man as the culprit, but it was someone else who stole the wire cutters.

Oct. 16

Someone stole a change purse, pay check, child support card, a driver’s licence and the social security cards of a mother and three children before 11:50 p.m. from a vehicle parked at White Castle, 4780 Roosevelt Blvd.
