FRANKLIN —
The Franklin Planning Commission has cancelled its meeting on Nov. 12 because city offices will be closed in observance of Veteran’s Day. The meeting has been rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 15 at the Franklin Administration Building, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way.
