MONROE —

Monroe police are continuing to search for a missing Monroe woman and have extended their search to Kentucky, police said this morning.

Barbara Howe, 87, of the 400 block of Paxton Road, has not been heard from since Sunday, Monroe police said.

She is described as a white female, 5-foot 6-inches tall, 138 pounds, with short brown hair and green eyes.

She was last seen on Saturday by someone who knows her, according to Monroe police Detective Gregg Myers. He said Howe has no prior medical histories and she’s in “reasonably good health.”

Also missing is Howe’s vehicle, a red four-door 2005 Cadillac STS with licence plate number AUJ4776.

Those who spot Howe or her vehicle are asked to contact Monroe police at (513) 539-9234.
