Man threatens to shoot during gas station robbery

HAMILTON — Police are looking for a man who stated he had a gun and would shoot during a gas station robbery Wednesday.

The incident occurred shortly after 5 a.m. at the Certified Gas Station, 701 High St., at the intersection of Seventh Street.

Clerks there reported the suspect came into the store and stated he had a gun and threatened to shoot them if they did not give him money, according to the police report. The suspect got approximately $102 before he fled on foot, police said.
