Drug bust nets $10K in crack cocaine

HAMILTON — Four men arrested last week in two separate incidents are charged with first-degree felonies of trafficking or possessing significant amounts of crack cocaine, Hamilton police said.

Hamilton police said they seized more than 160 grams of crack cocaine worth about $10,000 in street value during two drug raids.

Ronald Holliday Stringer, 31, of 2200 block of Benninghoffen Avenue, was arrested Friday and charged with possession of drugs, according to police reports. Police searched Stringer’s residence, where they allegedly found more than 100 grams of crack cocaine.

Holliday will appear in a preliminary hearing in Hamilton Municipal Court on Oct. 31.

Wayne Brandon Jarrett, 31, of Cincinnati, was arrested Friday and charged with trafficking in drugs. Police said Jarrett allegedly sold more than 27 grams of crack cocaine. His preliminary hearing is set for Friday.

Leonard Antoine Riggins, 37, of the 300 block of South C Street, was arrested Thursday and charged with trafficking in drugs, among other charges, according to police reports. Police said Riggins allegedly aided and abetted another in the sale of more than 27 grams of crack cocaine. His preliminary hearing is set for Friday.

Also arrested during the drug seizure, Shauntia Danae Henry, 26, of the 600 block of Chestnut Street was charged with felony possession of drugs and possession of marijuana. His preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 2.

All three men are being held in the Butler County Jail on $250,000 bond.
