Wright-Patterson furlough notices expected March 21-25, base leader says 13,000 base workers will take 22-day furloughs mostly a day at a time, not lumped together.

Thousands of Wright-Patterson civilian employees are expected to receive furlough notices between March 21 and March 25, the base commander said Friday.
