HAMILTON —
Hamilton Police are investigating a homicide that occurred outside the Grub Pub on Hancock Avenue.
Around 1:43 a.m. today, police and fire units responded to the bar, located at 47 Hancock Ave., after multiple calls to 911 regarding a man shot outside the bar. Upon arrival, police and fire personnel discovered one deceased male in the parking lot of the bar.
The identity of the victim is being withheld at this time pending notification of family members.
The incident is being investigated as a homicide. Police officials remained on scene until 7:15 a.m., said Detective Rich Burkhardt.
