LEWISBURG —
A man’s grandfather turned him in after finding a duffle bag that included items used to make meth.
Deputies said the bag was found recently in a deatched garage on the family’s property on Ohio 503 in Lewisburg.
The suspected owner of the bag is Samuel Spice, 18, was arrested by the Preble County Sheriff’s Office and is in jail now.
