MIDDLETOWN —
A missing Middletown man has been found safe, according to Middletown Detective Scott Reeve.
He said Harold Allen, 76, of Kensington Street, was found this morning after what Reeve called a domestic issue. An Endangered Missing Adult Alert was issued Sunday for Allen, who was last seen at noon Saturday at his residence on Kensington Street, police said.
He suffers from some memory loss, is diabetic and is in need of medication, police had said.
