GOLD BEACH, Ore. — In a Feb. 5 story about the rescue of three family members lost while mushroom picking, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the helicopter pilot who found them had flown to safety a mother and two daughters lost in the same region in 2006. John Rachor found Kati Kim and her daughters in 2006, but they were flown out by another pilot.
