Warren real estate tax bills due in July

Warren County Treasurer Jim Aumann reports the second half 2008 real estate tax bills have been mailed.

Anyone who does not receive a bill by July 1 may contact the Warren County Treasurer’s Office by letter or by calling one of the following numbers:

• Lebanon, (513) 695-1300;

• Middletown, (513) 261-1300;

• Dayton, Franklin, Springboro, (937) 425-1300;

• Southeast Warren County, (937) 783-4993, ext. 1300; or

• Cincinnati (513) 925-1300.

To avoid penalties, payment must be received or postmarked by July 29.

The treasurer’s office, located in the County Administration Building, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and will be open during the tax collection from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturdays, beginning June 27 . The office will be closed July 3-4.

Real estate tax bills also may be paid at the following banks: Community National Bank, all locations; Peoples First Savings Bank, Mason and Morrow locations; Fifth Third Bank, all Warren County locations; 1st National Bank, all Warren County locations; LCNB National Bank, all Warren County locations; Peoples Community Bank, all locations (their bank customers only); and National Bank and Trust, all Warren County locations.

All payments made at any of the banks must be the full amount due, as shown on the tax bill, no partial payments will be accepted. Any partial payments must be paid at Warren County Treasurer’s Office.
