I have never believed that he was guilty! I do know that our court system has become a twisted mass of flesh and money, that there is no justice, only some people looking to make some money and, for others, revenge.

The jury should be brought up on charges for wasting tax payers money. I think contempt of court to star with.

Judge Bronson ruled that the "porn" site allegation and the prosecutors video could not be admitted as evidence in court. There is no way that you could just stick the head of a 5'1" 144 lb woman in the tub, toilet, or sink and not get a mark on you. Watch the video! Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt? I don't think so.

Ryan & Sarah met, fell in love, got married, had wonderful careers & a beautiful home. Ryan & Sarah both had loving & supportive families. Ryan & Sarah had plenty of friends, enjoyed sports, social events, tailgating, and each other. There were no financial problems. There were no affairs. They had been married for 4 months & had no children. Where's the motive? Juror 12 says "they had a spat". Reasonable doubt.

Read juror #12's interview and you'll know what the problem was. Preconceived opinions. Watch the prosecutor's video of how they think it happened. No defensive moves at all. Juror 12 thinks Ryan just quietly pushed her head under water and drowned her! Juror 12 says he had no scratches or marks from her nails because she had acyrlic nails and they don't scratch. Nonsense.

People go to WLWT.com and listen to the juror who is explaing why the jury found him guilty of murder not aggravated murder. I knew there had to be something that we all were missing. I am sorry after hearing this I believe that Ryan killed his wife. I don't think it was intentional but all the same he killed her and then panicked.

This juror should have spoke up BEFORE they reached the verdict. Another waste of taxpayer dollars.

Once again, if one of the jurors came forward after the trial why would anyone think this man got a fair trial? The jury is second guessing their verdict because he is innocent!
