MIDDLETOWN — Criminals beware. Middletown cops have bikes and they know how to use them.

For the past month, the Middletown Division of Police has dedicated officers to a bike patrol to curb downtown crime.

Where were the Cops on bikes when I got panhandled while sitting in my car in front of the Central Pastry last night? I was only there for 5 minutes.
I hope the Midd. Police will be policing that area this Thurs. Fri. and Sat night while the MLT is performing.

They need to get the punks and druggies from Ward 4. Keep seeing underage punks in the early 1600 block of Brentwood and also the 2100 block of Brentwood. AJ is also back in the neighborhood another punk. They all are trouble makers and think they are somebody but these somebodies are going down more sooner than later.
These parents must be plenty sorry that they can't control these punks. They rob houses, steal cars and harrass little kids that are out playing.

Now they need to bike patrol the alleys down off main street in the area of 6th, 7th, and 9th, etc. oh yeah and the levee where these young punks like to try and fight dogs. The alley between 6th and 7th is real bad for crack dealers and junkies doing sexual favors. I should know I lived there for 12 years and still unfortunately have the house there. then again, they have never done anything about it in the past so why would they now? 7th is now full of rentals with dealers in them.
