LIBERTY TWP. —The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Cincinnati office is investigating the fall of a construction worker from scaffolding onto Interstate 75 late Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 26, according to Dick Gilgrist, OSHA area director.

A medical helicopter transported the Edmond Gourdon, 42, of Covington, La., to University Hospital in Cincinnati after he fell from the Kyle Station Road bridge onto the highway at 3:30 p.m., Ohio State Highway Patrol officials said.

Gourdon is in critical condition today, Aug. 27, according to a hospital spokeswoman.

According to the patrol, Gourdon was standing on scaffolding underneath the bridge when he fell, landing in the construction zone.

Thanks for such an informative article.I think that the results should as soon possible.

Hank is my first name you clown, and Hill is a pun by my friends. See I am as brave as you posting my real first name. Now the whole world knows who we are. Also, I do not know what wow is, I prefer Doritos and my download would probably be Jenna Jameson. So as usual you are wrong and still a miserable middle aged twit.

But I can tell you that people in those towns probably say a lot of the same things...too many ads, too many wire stories, not enough wire stories, the other towns get all the attention, not enough hometown stories, paper favors this politician over this politician, somebody else saying the opposite...and it goes on....I used to say if you were ticking everybody off, you must be doing a good job.
