MONROE — Toys R Us Express is the newest tenant to join the merchants at Cincinnati Premium Outlets, off Ohio 63 and Interstate 75 in Warren County.

The retail toy store was awarded a zoning certificate by the City of Monroe’s Development Department on June 25, according to city officials.

Other stores that have opened in the past few months at CPO include Joe’s Jeans, New York & Company, Kitchen Collection, Guess, Claire’s Accessories, Under Armour and Lenscrafters. Lacoste is scheduled to open in August, Loft Outlet in September and True Religion in 2011, said Robert Tackett, general manager of the outlet center.

Cincinnati Premium Outlets will celebrate its 1-year anniversary Aug. 6.

I don't understand why this place is called Cincinnai Premium Outlets when this is not Cincinatti. And though I shop here, I don't see a bit of a diffence in price as I do in the original stores.

Yankee Candle at the outlet in Monroe have the SAME EXACT fragrances that the stores and online has, but at a fraction of the price. Large jars $15, versus $24.95. Their entire 2010 spring collection was just out as was the collectors edition of Stars & Stripes... So no, all the stores at the outlet mall do not have second hand stuff that is too good to sell in their store.
