FRANKLIN — Mom’s Restaurant, the popular diner at the intersection of Ohio 741, 122 and 123, will remain open for another week, said Hilda Ratliff, the owner.
The restaurant was expected to close at 2:30 p.m. today and reopen Thursday at its new location in the BP gas station on Ohio 123 near Interstate 75. But since the gas station isn’t ready to open, Ratliff pushed back the closing and reopening one week.
A ribbon-cutting will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, and the new Mom’s is expected to open at 5 a.m. Jan. 19, Ratliff said.
She expects to close the other location at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 16.
