LIBERTY TWP. — The Ohio Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate a fatal single-vehicle crash that killed a Louisville, Ky teenager early Saturday morning, Nov. 28, on Interstate 75.

Nyles C. Neely, 17, was traveling south on I-75 in a 2006 Saturn Vue when he drove the vehicle off the right side of the road, struck a concrete pillar from a bridge overpass and overturned at about 5:18 a.m., patrol officials said.

Neely was not wearing a seat belt and was partially ejected from the vehicle; he died at the scene, patrol officials said.
