MONROE — All lanes of Interstate 75 are currently open — though perhaps a little slowed — according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, after high water forced the closure of lanes in both directions near Ohio 63.
The left lane of southbound Interstate 75, just south of Ohio 63, closed because of flooding at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2. While trying to clear the drainage obstruction, the Ohio Department of Transportation said they had to close the left lane northbound as well, and traffic clogged.
Highway Patrol officials said there are currently no local lane closures on the interstate, as of 8:15 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3.
