Hamilton Fairfield Oxford Board of Realtors

The following will receive a President’s Sales Club Award of Achievement. The honor means these recipients made  $1 million in sales or commercial leases or 25 sale/lease transaction credits. The awards will be presented Sept. 13 from Ohio Association of Realtors to: Taya Abbott, Dawne Chapman, Elise Combs, Joanna Cox, Marty Creech, Bob Daniel, Terry Elliott, Julie Flavin, Bill Gabbard, Barbara Grollmus, Ruthie Helton, Lynn Hensley, Kathryn Hill, Marlane Hoffman, Randall Horne, Roxanne Leitsch, Cliff Montgomery, Christopher Owens, Sheila Maxwell, Diane Rook, Clare Schneider, Kimberly Thorpe, Kelly Umbstead, Mary Ann Walters, Stephanie Weber, Barbara Williams, Michele Wood.

Teams awards: Louis and Donald Adkins, and John and Carol Prazynski.

The group is also giving Awards of Distinction. This award celebrates those that made $2.5 million in sales or commercial leases or 50 sale/lease transaction credits. The winners are Missy Bolser, Linda Linton, Tyler Minges, Rene Piper.

Middletown  Board of Realtors

Teams awards: Jacquelynn Maher and Deborah Morrell.

Rebecca Spaulding will be honored with an Award of Distinction. She made $2.5 million in sales or commercial leases or 50 sale/lease transaction credits.

Aveda Fredrics Institutes

Miami University graduate and Aveda Fredrics Institutes founder, Frederic Holzberger, was inducted in the North American Hairstyling Awards Hall of Leaders on July 18 in Las Vegas.

The Aveda Institutes have Cincinnati and Indianapolis locations.
