LIBERTY TWP. — Two people were taken to Atrium Medical Center today after a driver ran a red light at a traffic signal, a Butler County dispatcher said.

The two-vehicle accident was at around 11 a.m. today near the intersection of Ohio 4 and Ohio 747, dispatch said. The dispatcher said it’s believed one of the drivers failed to stop at a red light.

The accident is still under investigation. Any citations won’t be issued until the investigation is over with, dispatch said.
