WASHINGTON — The average rate on the 30-year fixed mortgage stayed at a record low this week, Freddie Mac said Thursday. That gives some added incentive for those looking to buy a home or refinance their mortgage.
Here's a look at rates for fixed- and adjustable-rate mortgages over the past 52 weeks:
