Sizemore: Stephanie Cress and Ricky Sizemore of Trenton are the parents of a girl, Camryn Joy Sizemore, born Dec. 9. Siblings are Mirika and Jaxon Sizemore. Grandparents are Tina and Brian Vogel, Darrell Cress, Karen and Rick Sizemore.

Club news

Study club held meeting

Guided Study Club met Dec. 13 in the Community Room at the MidPointe Middletown Library. A brunch was served by members of the program committee. A monetary collection, as well as clothing items, were donate to the Church Women United Clothing Depot. In keeping with the 2012-13 theme “Know Middletown,” Betty Kibbey presented the program “An Old-Fashioned Middletown Christmas,” with excerpts from historian George Crout, Middletown journalist Jim Mills, and other lifelong citizens of Middletown. The next meeting will be held 9:30 a.m. Jan. 17 in Conference Room A at the MidPointe Middletown Library. Melba Ballard will present the program on “Middletown Artists.”
