MIDDLETOWN — A  Middletown woman has been ordered to appear in court  Dec. 4 after she was arrested Sunday, Nov. 22, for a sex crime involving a teenage boy.

Jessica M. Delgado, 24, was charged with sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. Police say the boy’s father allegedly caught Delgado kissing and fondling his son, who was between the ages of 13 and 16.

She is currently held on $200,000 bond in the Middletown City Jail, and police said her three children were removed by Butler County Children Services and placed with relatives. Her arraignment in Middletown Municipal Court was continued to Dec. 4, according to city court records.
