Naked man spotted rummaging through papers in police lobby

MIDDLETOWN — Police transported a 29-year-old Lockland man to the Atrium Medical Center after he allegedly removed his clothes and was rummaging through papers at the Middletown City Building on Tuesday, March 16.

The man is reported to have been standing in the lobby of the police department completely naked at around 5 p.m. Officers immediately took him into custody and gathered his belongings.

Upon speaking with the subject, police report he “was not making sense and was talking in riddles.”

Police report the man was dressed and transported to the Atrium Medical Center, where he was admitted to the hospital’s emergency room.

No charges were filed against the man as of Wednesday morning, according to police.
