A 44-year-old Middletown man was arrested for allegedly passing out in the hallway of an apartment building in the 100 block of Bavarian Street. Police found Timothy Lucas, of the 1500 block of Brentwood, sleeping on the floor outside of an apartment with his pants unzipped at 3:24 a.m., according to reports. Lucas reportedly smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage and appeared to have several beers in his pockets. The residents reportedly told officers Lucas had been there a month earlier and got into a fight with someone. Lucas was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct intoxication and taken to the Middletown city jail.

Police are looking for a 33-year-old woman who allegedly stole a 40-ounce bottle of Guinness from a Garfield Street residence. The 64-year-old complainant claims he was home at approximately 6 p.m. when a women he knows entered without permission, reached into his refrigerator and walked off with his beer. The man told officers he is unable to walk well because of a knee injury and he could not pursue the woman. A couple living in the 6800 block of Spring Garden Street reported ongoing problems with a group of teenage girls angry at their daughter. The juveniles reportedly threw bologna, mustard, marinara sauce and pickles on the family’s vehicle and the front of their apartment shortly before 9:41 a.m. Officers were called back to the apartment at 10:20 p.m. on reports of juveniles throwing eggs at the apartment. A resident said one of the girls was approximately 14 and pregnant, while the other one was also around 14, wearing pink pajamas and had too much make-up on. Police checked the area for the juveniles, but were unable to locate them. A man identifying himself as the father of one of the girls called police later and left a phone number, but police said he did not answer their calls. Police advised the family to contact them if the girls return to the area.
