Middletown police are looking for a white male who allegedly exposed himself to a group of people at a Woodridge Drive apartment. The victim told police she and her friends were inside of an apartment in the 5100 block of Woodridge Drive when she noticed a man looking in their window with his pants pulled down, fully exposing himself to them. He then walked away toward a parking lot, she said. The prowler is described as a white male between 25 and 35, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black T-shirt and jeans. A search of the apartment complex did not reveal anyone matching the victim’s description, but officers told her to notify them if she sees the subject again or hears anything near her windows.

A 17-year-old girl told police she was threatened and choked by a known subject outside of the Berachah Church on First Avenue. The victim was reportedly standing outside of the church at around 6 p.m. when a 20-something black male with a dog came up and began to choke her. She reportedly knew the subject as he is dating one of her 15-year-old friends, but said he had been hanging around her Moore Street residence in an attempt to “get with her.” The subject was allegedly angry that the victim was insinuating he was pursuing her, threatening to kill her or “get one of (his) tricks to kill (her).” The man continued to follow her around until she made it back to her residence, police report. Officers were unable to locate the alleged attacker in the area, but advised the victim to call police if he returned.
A pair of intoxicated men were arrested for allegedly causing a disturbance at Buck’s Bar and Grill, 1300 Central Ave. Police were dispatched to the bar, where they found 31-year-old Richard Williams, of the 1100 block of Park Lane, arguing with several patrons outside. Williams reportedly attempted to walk away from police, staggering several times and nearly falling. Police said Williams appeared to be walking alongside Robert Bartell, 52. A bartender at Buck’s Bar and Grill told officers Williams had thrown a beer while inside of the bar. Officers made contact with Williams and Bartell, who both appeared to be heavily intoxicated at the time, according to reports. Williams was reportedly belligerent and argumentative at the time, while Bartell simply told officers he had been drinking in the bar but did not have anywhere to go that night. Williams and Bartell were placed under arrest for disorderly conduct, then taken to the Middletown City Jail.
