The theft of a laptop, monitor, television and two XBox consoles occurred sometime before 7:55 a.m. from a home in the 1100 block of Young Street. The reported value of the monitor and television was $145 collectively. There was no reported value for the laptop or gaming systems.
A 48-year-old Middletown woman was arrested at 3:34 p.m. in the 6800 block of Roosevelt Parkway on suspicion of petty theft and two bench warrants.
The theft of a catalytic converter occurred between 7 p.m. Feb. 5 and 7:47 p.m. Feb. 7 from a vehicle parked in the 3600 block of Village Drive. A cost estimate was not reported.

The theft of $600 to $700 from a Middletown woman’s home occurred between 12:01 a.m. Feb. 4 and 12:01 a.m. Feb. 6 in the 800 block of Lincoln Street by a male in his late teens to early 20s. Police report the theft suspect was temporarily living at the home when the theft occurred.
The theft of $227 worth of merchandise occurred between 1:47 and 4:45 a.m. from Walmart, 2900 Towne Blvd.

A 45-year-old man, at large, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. in the 3600 block of Towne Boulevard on suspicion of theft.
Someone slashed four tires to a vehicle between 9:30 p.m. Feb. 5 and noon Feb. 6 parked in the 3900 block of Jewell Avenue. A damage estimate was not reported.
The theft of an air conditioning unit occurred between 4:28 p.m. Feb. 3 and 4:28 Feb. 6 from a home in the 3000 block of Ogden Drive. Reported cost is $1,200.
