A Warren County man with 10 prior drunk driving convictions has been indicted on another felony drunk driving charge.
William E. Jones, 55, 385 E. Pike St., South Lebanon, was indicted Friday, Sept. 25 by the Warren County Grand Jury on three felony counts of operating a vehicle under influence.
Jones was driving in Lebanon on Sept. 3 when he was pulled over by Lebanon police and charged with the OVI.
According to Warren County prosecutor’s spokesman Matt Nolan, Jones has 10 prior drunk driving convictions, including two other felony counts. That’s is why the latest charge arose to the felony level, Nolan said.
Jones faces up to five years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
