The Butler County Grand Jury returned these indictments during its fourth session in January.
David E. Brown, 44, 3988 Glenmore Ave., Cincinnati; certified back to the lower court on one count of aggravated menacing.
Austin E. Barnes, 21, 207 Walnut, Apt. A, Seven Mile; indicted on one count of possession of heroin.
Jim S. Boyer, 57, 7942 Third St., West Chester Twp.; indicted on one count each of forgery and petty theft.
Kyle E. Sivak, 25, 5229 Whispering Woods Drive, West Chester Twp.; certified back to the lower court on one count each of operating a vehicle under the influence and speed limits.
Demetria L. Wynn, 27, 5305 East Knoll Court, Cincinnati; certified back to the lower court on one count each of attempted forgery and attempted petty theft.
Brandie M. Floyd, 27, 1705 Parrish Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ted Marcum, 43, 239 N. 9th St., Hamilton; indicted on two counts of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count each of possession of cocaine, obstructing official business and criminal trespass.
Darren F. Gill, 28, 149 Webster, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of burglary and theft.
Ariel Jerrall Johnson, 27, 3561 Bogart Ave., Cincinnati; indicted on one count each of carrying concealed weapons, using weapons while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
Deanna Lee Williams, 30, 1816 Clarendon Ave., Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possessing drug abuse instruments, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
Stephen Estes, 27, 217 Warrick Ave., Apt. B, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of burglary and theft (direct).
Lorrie R. Frazier, 39, 5199 Hamilton Eaton Road, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of robbery and assault.
Anthony E. Sansone III, 19, 2093 Bunker Hill Woods, Oxford; indicted on one count of sexual battery.
Mitchell D. Clontz, 42, 4983 Kennedy Camp Road, Trenton; indicted on one count of theft.
Tyler R. Clontz, 19, 17 Elmont Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count of theft.
Walter Andrews, 47, 9969 Chester Road, Cincinnati; indicted on one count each of robbery, petty theft and forging identification cards.

Jamie M. Tutt, 30, 197 Island Lake Drive, Hamilton; indicted on one count of complicity to theft.
Ryan Pinkney, 22, 308 Warr Lane, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of rape, tampering with evidence (direct), domestic violence (direct) and attempted rape (direct).
Pedro Michael Walters, 20, 2512 Alysheba Drive, Burlington, Ky.; indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana.
Sharon Bennett, 54, 3377 Oxford-Middletown Road, Oxford; indicted on one count of assault.
John Gay, 22, 1105 Old Oxford Road, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer (direct), obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
Ryan J. Wildt, 22, 2231 Robin Ave., Hamilton; indicted on five counts of arson (direct), two counts of arson and one count each of breaking and entering, and petty theft.
Walter Howard Freytag, 19, 725 Cental Ave., Hamilton; indicted on seven counts of arson, and one count each of petty theft, and breaking and entering.
Jonathan Garcia-Ramirez, 22, 235 N. Seventh St., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on three counts of receiving stolen property, and one count each of possessing criminal tools and obstructing official business.
Devon Milam, 21, 32 Ridge Drive, Apt. 201, Fairfield; indicted on one count each of breaking and entering, and criminal damaging or endangering (direct).
Wesley M. Hall, 30, 1008 Vine St., Hamilton; indicted on three counts of failure to stop after an accident, and one count each of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and obstructing official business.
Stephen L. Garrett, 40, 3295 Morgan Ross Road, Hamilton; indicted on 10 counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance (direct) and two counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor (direct).
Patrick A. Burrier, 61, 1767 Dixie Hwy., Apt. 119, Hamilton; indicted on one count of failure to provide notice of change of address or place of employment (direct).
Amanda Marie Bliton, 32, 404 Millvile, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of tampering with records (direct) and theft (direct).
Autumn Weaver, 20, 506 Holland Drive, Trenton; indicted on one count each of tampering with records (direct) and theft (direct).
