LEBANON — LCNB Corp. Monday declared a second-quarter dividend of 16 cents per share, the same dividend amount issued in the first quarter.

The dividend will be paid June 15 to shareholders who own stock as of June 1, the Warren County banking company said. Company directors made the decision during a Monday meeting in light of “strong” earnings this year. Net income for the first quarter was $2.3 million, up from fourth quarter net income of $1.95 million, the company reported.

LCNB National Bank, the main subsidiary of LCNB Corp., has 25 offices located in Warren, Butler, Clinton, Clermont, Hamilton and Montgomery counties. Its assets at the end of the first quarter this year were approximately $791.9 million.
