Ground breaks today on $6M retail project at I-75, Ohio 63

Staff Report

MONROE — Developers and the City of Monroe will conduct a ground breaking ceremony on a project that could bring 200 jobs to the area.

The ceremony takes place at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 12 at Interstate 75 and Ohio 63 in Monroe, in an area know as the I-75 Corridor — an increasingly popular business growth spot between Dayton and Cincinnati. Monroe Mayor Robert Routson, members of the Monroe City Council, officials from LCNB bank and Cincinnati Commercial Contracting will be on hand for the event.

LCNB will be the anchor of the retail project, which is also expected to include restaurants and offices. The center will be 30,000 square feet, Cincinnati Commercial Contracting officials said.
