KeyBank local president Reilly retires

The district president of KeyBank retires today after about six years in the region’s top spot for KeyBank.

As district president, Reilly oversaw consumer, business and commercial banking and wealth management in the region.

Reilly, 59, started his banking career in 1977 at Dayton’s First National Bank, which later became National City and then PNC. He joined KeyBank in 2006 as a district president in Michigan.

He returned to the local market for Key in 2007.

“Thirty-six years in the business is a good run. I’ve enjoyed the business and have done well at it. My wife and I are just looking forward to retirement together,” said Reilly.

A successor hasn’t yet been named.

Cleveland’s KeyBank is the seventh largest bank in Butler County by deposits of approximately $125 million, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. More than 50 Key bank branches are located in the Cincinnati-Dayton-Springfield region, employing 483 people, according to the company. CHELSEY LEVINGSTON

Homearama award winners include local company

Liberty Twp.-based Artisan Estate Homes LLC scored a number of awards at the 50th Homearama, which recently was concluded at Willows Bend in Miami Twp., Clermont County.

Independent industry judges from outside of the market area selected the award winners.

Artistan won first place honors for Favorite Home, Favorite Exterior, Favorite Dining Room, Favorite Outdoor Living.

Artisan won second place for Favorite Family Room/Great Room, Favorite Master Bedroom and Favorite Master Bathroom.

It also won second place for Favorite Landscaping, sharing the honor with Matthew & Mark Mullins of M & M Land Designs

The business tied with Hal Homes Inc. for second place in the Favorite Kitchen category and tied with Walker Homes for second place in the Favorite Lower Level category.

Additionally, this year’s nearly 30,000 attendees selected Artisan Estate Homes as the Peoples Choice winners in all three categories: Best Decorating (Rick Seitz), Best Landscaping (M & M Landscaping) and Best Home. ERIC SCHWARTZBERG
