Michelle AllenMIDDLETOWN — Middletown police arrested a woman Saturday night, Sept. 27, for disorderly conduct after she allegedly impeded traffic and chased children wearing a cow suit, according to a Middletown police report.
Michelle Allen, 32, was told by officers earlier in the evening to go home and stay home for the rest of the night because she was allegedly causing a disturbance in the 3100 block of Wilbraham Road by chasing children in a cow suit and urinating on a neighbor's porch.
Allen apparently did not heed the officers' advice. At about 11 p.m., Allen was found in the 2400 block of North Verity Parkway blocking traffic. According to the police report, drivers were pointing at her. Officer said the detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage when Allen was placed in the cruiser.
