Two sought in check cashing robbery

Fairfield police are seeking two suspects in the robbery of a check cashing business Tuesday, Aug. 12. Police said that at around 2:12 p.m., two men entered the Check and Go located at 6625 Dixie Hwy. They displayed a hand gun and demanded cash. After the robbery, witnesses said the men fled on foot.
As of Wednesday morning, no arrests had been made, though Fairfield police are actively investigating the case. Anyone with information about the robbery is encouraged to contact Fairfield police at (513) 829-8201.
