This Fourth of July event sponsored by the City of Mason, features a free concert by Creedence Clearwater Revisited and Grand Funk Railroad, Rozzi fireworks and there are plenty of games for children. Parking shuttle and food vendors available.

• 6:45 p.m.: National Anthem, parachute jump;

Cincinnati Reds — Cincinnati Zoo Bald Eagle Flights and Fireworks Night

Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati

"Sam," the Bald Eagle from the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, will perform a flight from the roof of the Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion in center field to the pitcher's mound during the singing of the national anthem.

Limited-edition "Sam" the Bald Eagle trading cards will be given out to the first 20,000 fans post-game fireworks show with soundtrack starting approximately 15 minutes after the end of the game. Fireworks presented by Rozzi's Famous Fireworks. For more information, visit cincinnati.reds.mlb.com

Miami University, Oxford

At Miami University Ditmer Parking Lot, Ohio 73. D.J. Toad will be playing, door prizes and free face painting. Concessions and glow necklaces for sale. At dark, fireworks extravaganza, presented by Rozzi's Famous Fireworks, Bring your blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the show. Event is free. Light Up The Sky Festival

Monroe Community Park, Monroe

Experience one of Monroe's most exciting events of the year. You won't want to miss The 2nd Annual Light Up The Sky Festival, which is concluded with an amazing fireworks display on Saturday, July 5th. Star Spangled Celebration

Kings Island, Mason

Fourth of July at Kings Island will include a air show, sky divers, special appearances by Hanna Barbera characters and the Clown Band, and the largest fireworks display in the 36-year history of the park. Liberty Twp. 4th of July events

8:30 a.m. 5K Run for Liberty! (Liberty Park)

10 a.m. Parade (Lakota East to Liberty Park)

11 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. festival at Liberty Park including apple pie contest at noon.

Sunday, July 6

Light Up Liberty Family Fun Day and open car show, motorcycles welcome, will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, July 6, at Princeton Pike Church of God, 6101 Princeton Glendale Road. Liberty Twp.
