Miami, Cincinnati State enter agreement

Miami University and Cincinnati State will sign an agreement Monday to guarantee students may easily transfer credits between the two institutions for some programs, according to a press release.
The agreement will allow students to take advantage of state-of-the-art laboratories and training at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, and to transfer credits toward a Miami bachelor's degree, according to a release from Cincinnati State.

Miami University Middletown Dean Kelly Cowan and Miami University Hamilton Dean Daniel Hall will meet Cincinnati State Interim President John Henderson and Academic Vice President Monica Posey at the Cincinnati State college campus Monday to sign the agreements.
Health Information Management will be the first program affected by the agreement. Those students will be able to take the technical components of the course work at Cincinnati State while taking general education courses at MUM.
