Billings powers MUM men past MUH

MIDDLETOWN — Rashee Billings scored 16 points on 8-of-10 shooting Wednesday night, Nov. 25, as the Miami University Middletown men’s basketball team cruised to a 63-41 victory over visiting Miami Hamilton.
Billings also grabbed six rebounds for the ThunderHawks, who improved to 3-3 overall and 1-0 in the Ohio Regional Campus Conference.
Gary McKenzie had 11 points and Nathanael Harney added eight for MUM. The hosts shot 49.1 percent from the floor and led 36-15 at halftime.
Derek Brockman collected 10 points, four rebounds and five assists for the winless Harriers, who are 0-10, 0-1. Brook Johnson also scored 10 points.
MUH travels to Notre Dame College on Saturday. MUM visits Cincinnati Clermont next Wednesday.
