Warren County indicts two former nurses on drug charges

Two former Otterbein-Lebanon Retirement Community nurses charged with stealing and processing drugs were indicted by a Warren County grand jury Friday, June 27, according to the Warren County Prosecutor's Office.
Jennifer Faulkner, 27, of Middletown, was charged with three fourth-degree felony counts of theft of drugs.
Roxie Adrienne Luff, 21, of Hamilton, was charged with two fourth-degree felony counts of illegal processing of drugs.
Both women are accused of altering patient drug logs to take the painkillers themselves in May 2008.
Faulkner is accused of taking six doses of Oxycodone from a patient. Luff allegedly took Hydrocodone and Oxycodone from a patient.
Also indicted Friday was William L. Klum, 49, of Maineville, who was charged with one count of burglary and one count of voyeurism.
