Arrested were Tommie Barnard, 47, and his wife, Sarah Barnard, 37, both of 8162 Snider Road, Deerfield Twp — the location of the meth lab, police said.
Both have been charged with five felonies: Illegal assembly of chemicals, aggravated possession of drugs, child endangering, trafficking in marijuana and weapons under disability.
The couple has a 6-year old son living at the location who has been removed by Warren County Children Services, police said.
Two search warrants were served at the residence Saturday, July 14 with the recovery of items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine, police said. The arrests Friday came after the return of indictments by a Warren County grand jury.
The suspects are being held at the Warren County Jail with no bond pending arraignment next week in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
