Firm breaks ground on environmentally friendly townhouses

DAYTON — Ground was broken Tuesday, April 22, for environmentally friendly townhouses at First Street and Patterson Boulevard, across from Fifth Third Field, which will contain 40 midsize units.
The homes are being built by Unibuilt Industries in Vandalia. The foundation contractor is Lebanon-based Superior Walls of the Tri-State.
Extras
The demonstration townhome will contain three levels totaling 1,268 square feet with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a one-car garage and an elevated terrace.
The expected asking price of the home will be $200,000.
